The Georges Schwab Polyvalent College (COPOLY) establishment project outlines its overall policy for the period 2025-2030 by integrating the establishment's issues which will define the objectives and actions of a pedagogical, educational and organizational nature for the entire educational community.
It is built on six (06) axes:
- Enhance the establishment’s brand image by improving its attractiveness and striving for excellence.
- Lead as many students as possible to the level of skills expected at the end of schooling and to obtain the corresponding diplomas
- Continue and develop the language policy already implemented at Copoly
- Develop educational and cultural partnerships to enable Copoly to shine and open up to the rest of Cameroon and internationally
- Improve the professional skills of permanent or part-time teaching and non-teaching staff by implementing continuing training activities both internally and externally
- Improving Student Life on the Copoly Campus
