Registration informations

The enrolment informations includes :

• A copy of the student's birth certificate
• A copy of the student's most recent Report Card (the original Report Card must be presented when the application is submitted)
• A Commitment Form (available from the school secretary's office) completed and signed by the parent responsible for the student's education.
• A medical certificate less than three (03) months old, if the student is unfit for sport.
